Memri is a distributed organization. This means every individual has influence and autonomy in how we run the company and what we build. We work this way so we can scale at speed, but also to ensure that we create our own company culture – one that is healthy and fun to work in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the quest to return data ownership to people, we are creating an organization that is fully self-governed and one that priotizes trust and happiness of its members.
